Reiki sessions can be especially supportive during times of uncertainty and change.

People often come to a Reiki session when they are:

  • feeling overwhelmed and stretched by daily demands.

  • transitioning through periods of change or uncertainty.

  • feeling stuck between the old and the new.

  • needing space to pause, be still and reconnect with themselves.

Most people find Reiki sessions deeply relaxing, as their body finds it’s natural balance. Many just fall asleep!

By committing to a Reiki session, you commit to prioritising you.

What’s involved?

At this time, whilst I am creating the right healing space, I am offering Reiki distance treatments only.

For each treatment:

  • You relax in your own space in your own way.

  • 10 minute pre-session introductory call to check on your overall wellbeing.

  • 40 minute Reiki treatment.

  • 10 minute follow up call to answer questions and check how the session went for you. This aftercare is important because everyone will experience Reiki differently.
